TRAINING / SUPPORT / INITIAL TRAINING

We provide a comprehensive, in-class and in-field, 1 week training program at our corporate office. Training will include hands on training as well as classroom sessions. Training will also cover operational procedures, accounting system, inventory control, job descriptions and hiring practices, advertising, sales, marketing, and quality standards. PRE-OPENING:  In the weeks leading up to your grand opening, we help you attend to many general business tasks, including site selection, setting up bank accounts, purchasing equipment, obtaining required licenses and permits, securing the necessary services and insurance, and creating a plan to market your business in your local area. OPENING DAY: We will be onsite to provide training and support for you and your staff during your first week of operation. We will help you manage the launch of your business to ensure you start off heading in the right direction.ONGOING: Since even the best PROs need a coach, our experienced industry professionals will always provide you with all of the ongoing support and training required to be successful.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our Franchise Partners must be qualified and motivated leaders who are results oriented and excited about long term growth.

What does it take in order to qualify?

• A full time commitment.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Sales and marketing experience/aptitude.
• The minimum capital requirement for their territory size.
• An immediate time frame.
